Great local favorite to stop in and get a great steak, jerky or wagu patties. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazing Jerky, Tbone, steel head, wagyu patties. The list goes on recommended the wet marinade and man it came out amazing! Definitely recommend.

Outstanding selection of meats of the highest quality. From the moment you walk in the door, the aroma of the smoked cuts fill the air. They have just about everything you're looking for and if they don't have it, I would bet no one else does. Very friendly staff and eager to help you make your selections. It's no wonder why many of the restaurants within 20 miles purchase their meat from this establishment. This place has become a weekly stopping point for me and my family when grocery shopping.

Visiting friends in Big Fork and had PC maple bacon and Sweet & Spicy Tri-Tip, OUTSTANDING! Wish we had something as good back home.

My go to place for quality meats, fish and chicken. The staff is amazing. I have meat custom cut for the barbeque that is amazing. The maple infused bacon is other worldly. My daughter's birthday request is bacon from Perfect Cuts. Every time we go to visit one suitcase holds several packages of bacon. The staff, variety and most of all quality makes any trip a shopping delight. Thank you.

Flew Into Kalispell for vacation in Glacier National Park and Banff. We had a cabin in a Banff with a small kitchen and a grill so we wanted a good steak to grill out one night. Person. Helping us recommended the horseradish tri tip. It was the best steak we have ever had. So tender and flavorful. If I hadn't known it was marinated in horseradish I would never have guessed it. We may have to return to the area on vacation again as I can't stop thinking about that horseradish trip tip.

Growing up in Texas where brisket and BBQ is king this joint brings the A game. Certainly prices have gone mad but if your going to spend the $$ Perfect Cuts is very hard to beat. Big highlights for me are the burgundy tri-tip (might be the best piece of beef I've ever had) , Philly cheese steak dogs are on point as are the ribeyes. Heck I haven't even gotten to the bacon and jerky. Super friendly staff .. what's not to like

Just an amazing assortment of meats. I can't remember all the options, but I can tell you that we just ate a flat iron steak that was the best we have ever had... perfectly tender, no fat or gristle.... We used their rub which was also just amazing.... For $21 we had a steak that would rival any you can buy for $40 a person... we are about $60 ahead and are thrilled. We picked up Elk filet, and one other Elk cut, some fresh Trout that looks great... some Halibut...we are in an RV and would have enjoyed picking up another few hundred dollars worth of meats if we had room. We are in town for three days and will be eating all the meat we can as well as taking as much as possible with us. They have all sorts of jerky and sausage that they make. They have beef that's been marinated after being needled. Their beef looks as good as you can imagine. The Elk and Bison are frozen, but look great. Ground elk and bison is available as well as a 50/50 mix. They have summer sausage too... This place is like a candy store for carnivores! We will definitely be back to pack the freezer. If we can figure out how to get hem to mail meat to us in SC, we will do that too! OK the next day we went back picked up more rub and two additional flat iron steaks. Btw the leftover flat iron made two of the best sandwiches ever eaten in Glacier Park. Also got bacon, two types of steak recommended by the butcher, some summer sausage, and about three other items that I can't think of right away... oh, and a larger bag of their rub.... Candy for Carnivores, I tell you!

We stayed at an RV park close by and a very nice couple told us about the meat shop next door. We were surprise to see all the cuts of meats. They offered bison, elk, grass fed beef. We bought a large quantity to bring along with us on our trip. The sirloin was tender and flavorful. If you happen to find it you won't regret purchasing from this shop.

Yup, believe the hype. Awesome selection of meats and off the shelf products. If you like jerky it's a must stop. I especially appreciated the BBQ selection. Service was very helpful. Lastly, prices were fair to cheap!
